Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our carrier within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships.

2. Delivery Timeline
Standard Tracked Shipping (FREE): 8 to 15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow the package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking events to appear.

4. Shipping Coverage
We ship only to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other destinations.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Local customs fees, import taxes, or carrier handling charges may apply depending on the destination and shipping line. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local requirements before ordering.
