Shipping

We ship only to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other destinations.

Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery: 8 to 15 business days after processing with tracking.
Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Seasonal delivery note: Order by October 1 for Halloween delivery and November 25 for Christmas delivery. These dates are based on estimated transit times; delivery dates are not guaranteed and holiday or carrier delays may occur.

Customs, duties and taxes: Local customs fees, import taxes, or carrier handling charges may apply depending on the destination and shipping line. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local requirements before ordering.

Payment: we accept credit and debit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.

If your PapaPack arrives damaged or defective, email support@papapack.store within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund. If you simply changed your mind, email us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You do not need to ship the item back.
